WRC has the ability, knowledge, and experience to perform any general contracting project in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. This includes new home construction, remodels, and custom cabinets.
WRC tailors to the needs and wants of our customers on an individual basis. We aid our customers in ensuring all their needs are met and maintain a relationship even after the job has been completed; which explains why many of our customers call us back whenever they have future project needs.
Shawn Olsen, Owner/President
WRC was started by Shawn Olsen in March of 2003 when he became a licensed general contractor. While design/build is an industry often defined by materials, Shawn sees it more as a people business: for him, success hinges upon building the ultimate team, developing respected partnerships, and delivering clear, transparent communication. Regularly collaborating with top tier architects and designers to portray a client’s vision, he instills in his staff the importance of knowing their role in the bigger picture – that is, shepherding the client through the process, understanding the designer’s intent, and holding full accountability for the project’s budget, quality and timeline.
Shawn also champions a culture of core values. He has assembled a remarkable team of bright, dynamic, and motivated professionals who share their knowledge without hesitation and consistently strive to deliver the company’s core values in every job. They are an integral part of the company’s success and ability to execute multiple ongoing projects each year.
Shawn has an intuitive understanding of the world of construction. His enthusiasm and energy are contagious, as is his passion for making and creating. He sees endless possibilities with each new day.
